Join Our Team

We are looking for individuals who love working with children and who are open to learning about ABA therapy! No prior experience in ABA is necessary as we provide all training and mentoring. We prefer candidates with experience working with children, people with autism, or both. We have both part-time and full-time positions available and flexible scheduling. Weekend and evening sessions are available to staff who would like to work those hours.

Sessions typically look like a blend of tutoring and a play session. ABA technicians guide clients through their goals and take data on progress. Our employees are typically energetic, engaging and find it rewarding to help their clients master their goals. All clients have individual therapy plans that our staff is trained to implement. There is ongoing training, supervision, and mentoring.
